EDF 2012 dividend : the French State shall opt for the payment in new shares for a portion of the 2012 dividend
In its meeting held on 13 February 2013, EDF’s Board of directors decided to propose to the Shareholders’ meeting which will take place on 30 May 2013 to approve a total dividend of €1.25 per share for 2012. The remaining dividend to be paid is €0.68 per share, given the payment of an interim dividend of €0.57 per share in December 2012.
2012 full-year results

TIGF : Total enters into exclusive negotiations with the Consortium constituted by EDF, SNAM and GIC
EDF, Snam and GIC announce that Total has agreed to enter into exclusive negotiations with their Consortium for the acquisition of Total's gas transport and storage business -TIGF- in South-West France. The consortium, constituted by Snam, the Italian gas transport and storage operator (45%), GIC, the Singaporean sovereign fund (35%) and EDF (20%, through its dedicated assets fund [for the dismantling of nuclear pants]), represents a wellbalanced mix between industrial expertise and financial capabilities. The Consortium's offer to Total reflects an enterprise value of Euro 2.4 billion for TIGF.
A new stage in the construction work on the EPR in China: completion of the installation of the heavy components at Taishan 1
During her visit today to the Taishan nuclear site (in Guangdong province), Mrs Nicole Bricq, the French Minister for Foreign Trade, accompanied by Luc Oursel, Chairman of AREVA’s Executive Board, and Henri Proglio, Chairman and CEO of EDF, was able to see for herself the progress made in the construction work on the two EPR reactors in China,carried out by the owner and future operator of the site, the Taishan Nuclear Power Joint Venture Company (TNPJVC), a 30% stake in which belongs to EDF, and the rest to CGNPC.
Agreement on the repayment of the CSPE deficit
EDF and the French State have reached an agreement whereby EDF will receive full compensation for having borne the cumulated financial deficits related to the Contribution to Electricity Public Services (CSPE) mechanism over the years.

EDF and ENEL are ending their global nuclear collaboration
In November 2007, EDF and ENEL signed a series of agreements governing their nuclear power generation collaboration, under the terms of which ENEL purchased a 12.5% stake in the Flamanville 3 EPR project, with each of the partners benefiting from options to invest in the nuclear projects launched by the other partner.
Flamanville EPR : costs revised, still on schedule
The experience gained since the launch of the EPR site at Flamanville, along with everything that has been achieved so far and the organisation put in place, all ensure an optimum overview of all of the industrial and financial parameters, especially as regards civil engineering. EDF is in a position to calculate the full cost for the construction of the EPR, which has increased by 2 billion euros*, with production of the first kWhs still scheduled for 2016.
